Damian Bisogni is an Australian artist who has exhibited both nationally and internationally for the past 30 years.

Born in Melbourne, Damian has, for the past twenty years, called the Northern Rivers NSW (Bundjalung Land) his home.  
Damian’s work combines aspects of history, personal experiences, stories, songs, movies, popular contemporary culture and everyday life. He blends abstract and semi-representational imagery to create his whimsical, child-like works on solid fields of colours, greys and off whites. 

He uses his art to express observations, building layers of medium upon another, eventually exposing lyrical abstract and semi-representational imagery. Damian has a distinctive and exuberant style, using bold and subtle colours, simplified figures and forms. His painting style is influenced by his mood and physical environment.
